Day 2: Sunday evening:            7-9 pm – Simple practical guidance on TM.

 

Day 3: Monday evening:           7-9 pm – Understanding the mechanics of TM.

 

Day 4: Wednesday evening     7.15-9.15 pm – Why the long term practice of TM is wise and the promise of higher states of consciousness.

 

 

 In simple terms I like to have an interaction with an individual before we go ahead with teaching.

Ideally this would be a face to face interaction but it can be over the phone or even by e-mail.

To have some awareness of that individual and his/ her individual life and why they want to go ahead with learning transcendental meditation (TM).

To establish that they have an understanding of realistic outcomes or possibilities from learning TM.

TM is not a miracle cure. It is a brilliantly designed technique for bringing deep rest to mind and body. This in itself can be a huge boon whether that be recovery from serious bad health or even help for individuals who want to improve their general health.

I strongly encourage those thinking of coming to learn to think about committing to a 2-3 month trial to give TM a real and decent trial. It simply would be unrealistic for individuals who may either be in good health or have had long term difficulties of mind and/ or body to expect sudden improvements within a week or two.

Once it has been agreed that we will go ahead then it is a 4 day teaching structure.

This is an inclusive project. If you are a person with a disability and you look at the image below – & think “this is inaccesible for me in my current circumstances” then you are probably right. But do not worry – we will find a way for me to come to you and teach you in the comfort of your home.

STUDENT WHO NEED A MORE FLEXIBLE TIMETABLE

If you have looked at this website and thought to yourself “I like the sound of this TM thing” but for some reason the teaching structure Saturday – Wednesday does not work for you i.e. due to work or some other issue then contact me (see CONTACT page) and let’s go from there and work it out. So that you can learn if you want to learn. This is an inclusive project. This is not a sound bite. I will teach anyone and everyone I can if they are genuinely interested (fortunately it is the type of thing that generally does only attract the genuinely interested).
