Testimonials
3 weeks in and this has altered me in a significant enough way to say it has changed my life.
As someone with bipolar, my life has not been great. My neighbour, friend and local TM teacher (Adam) saw my erratic Facebook posts and offered to teach me. I was very sceptical and weary but Adam convinced me to give it a go.
Overall my outlook on life is so much more positive. Nothing in my life has changed, just the way I look at it.
I meditate for 15-20 minutes, twice a day as recommended. Every meditation feels different, some pleasant, some amazing, but every meditation feels great. I haven’t had 2 meditations feel the same and I am recharged every time.
As a sceptic, I cannot recommend TM highly enough, and if you live in or near Exeter I can put you in touch with a great teacher.
PS I’m one of the most nonreligious people you can find. TM is in no way religious.

“At the end of February I managed to stop smoking weed and in the last 2 weeks I’ve stopped smoking tobacco. I’m sure the TM has helped massively as I’ve never been able to manage either without a struggle before.I’ve also been exercising more and eating a far more varied and balanced diet (including cutting out most sugar). My daily practice has become like a welcome friend . Although it wasn’t my intention, it’s also brought me back in touch with my spiritual self; I feel a much deeper connection to everything than I have for ages, can’t really explain it any other way”

I didn’t really know what to expect from TM, however I found Adam to be friendly and clear with all explanations. His dedication was evident and I felt supported with my practice, however I’ve found it difficult to implement TM into my busy family life but eventually I found it worked best for me to take the pressure off my practice and then it seemed to flow into my life naturally and now I enjoy this daily relaxation technique and the escapism it gives my busy mind.
